“Rachel taught me yoga through the majority of my pregnancy and I now do postnatal yoga and go for regular Shiatsu treatments with her. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she is brilliant and her class was such a breath of fresh air at the end of my pregnancy. Each week I felt so calm and grounded and so connected with my baby. The class was so important to me as at the end of the pregnancy you can get a bit consumed by it all. It was so nice to check in with him (my baby) properly every week, taking the time out for me and him. I also made some mum friends which I still see regularly now.
