Shiatsu Therapy

A transformational bodywork practice using finger, palm and elbow pressure and passive traction (where appropriate) to stretch and release the body, including Shin Tai spinal rebalancing techniques to revitalise the vertebrae, neck & pelvis. Shiatsu aids decompression of the body & mind, helping with pain, acute & chronic conditions, stress, anxiety, aiding deep relaxation and allowing renewal.
